Gabriel Palacios
FOUNDER & LEAD FACILITATOR
A therapist, artist and space-holder whose work blends somatic awareness, vocal expression and ritual creativity to support emotional healing and spiritual emancipation.
His method sits at the crossroads of psychology, somatics, art, conscious sexuality and energy work. Trained in contemporary dance and somatic education, and certified in modalities such as Reiki, sound healing, voicework and meditation, he weaves these tools into a coherent therapeutic approach that works with body, voice, sound energy and imagination. With a lifelong background in music and a decade of research on the relationship between voice, body, emotion and consciousness, Gabriel developed a unique methodology that helps clients use their own sound to transform emotional patterns and expand inner freedom.
Raised in the Western culture of Peru, Gabriel’s initiation into the Andean worldview and plant medicine at 19 grounded spirituality beyond religion into embodied connection with the Earth and the Cosmos. This awakening revealed queerness as a source of freedom and creative power, shaping the practices he offers today.
As the creator and lead facilitator of the Queer Soul Rising Retreat, Gabriel channels these practices into immersive experiences that guide queer men in reclaiming queerness as a soul blueprint and in translating inner freedom into grounded, everyday life.
Kramer Dahl
CO-FACILITATOR
He is a Board-Certified Music Therapist, creative guide and space-holder whose work moves at the rhythm of healing and self-discovery. Rooted in years of experience facilitating music therapy for teens and young adults in treatment, Kramer weaves sound, silence and presence into pathways for expression, connection and release.
As a queer man raised in the mountains and deserts of Utah, Kramer’s journey from dogmatic religion to spiritual freedom has shaped his devotion to authenticity and liberation. His practice honors the body’s intelligence and the soul’s need to be witnessed — through rhythm, voice and attentive listening.
While completing his Music Therapy internship at Hochstein School of Music & Dance in Rochester, New York, Kramer explored multiple forms of creative arts, integrating art and dance as well as yoga, sound healing and various musical modalities into the therapeutic relationship with a myriad of populations. He is passionate about using music as a catalyst for growth and helping individuals access their potential. As an artist and model, Kramer explores embodiment as truth-telling, bringing the same curiosity and care to the creative process as to therapeutic space.
At Queer Soul Rising, Kramer supports the unfolding of authentic sound and story — inviting participants to attune to the music within, where self-compassion and community resonance begin
