The Return
A 1:1 journey back to yourself
For GBTQ men ready to live with greater
intimacy, freedom, and self-awareness
Discover more of who you are through body, voice, and conscious self-inquiry.
Many of us learned who to be before we learned how to listen to who we are.
We adapt to family, relationships, expectations, heartbreak, shame, and survival. Over time, those adaptations can begin to feel like identity.
These sessions offer a space to slow down, listen more closely, and explore the emotional patterns, beliefs, and protective adaptations that live beneath the surface:
A deeper sensitivity. A freer relationship with your body. A more honest intimacy with yourself, your sexuality, and the life you want to create.
Many of us learned who to be before we
learned how to listen to who we are
Understand your conditioning
Explore the emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and protective strategies that shaped how you move through life.
This may include family dynamics, early attachment, inherited beliefs about love, sexuality, worth, and vulnerability, as well as protective responses in the body that continue influencing your choices today.
Discover your deeper nature
There are parts of us that never fully developed because they were not safe, welcomed, or recognized.
This work creates space to reconnect with your body’s sensitivity, your emotional truth, your sensuality, your creative force, and ways of relating that may still be unfolding.
How we work
Each session lasts 90 minutes and unfolds around your personal process.
Rather than following a fixed formula, the work adapts to where you are, what your system is ready for, and what your process is asking for in that moment.
We begin by listening to what is present in your life right now. A recurring pattern, a relationship, a desire, a transition, or something that feels ready to open.
From there, we move into somatic meditation, voicework, ritual, and embodied practices. Breath, sound, and movement become ways to access emotional layers that often exist beneath words. Not only as a way of understanding yourself, but as a way of shifting emotional states, releasing held patterns, and creating space for transformation.
After this embodied experience, reflection and dialog build the bridge to bring new understandings to the mind.
What you feel in your body
can become a doorway into who you are
A Space for Embodied Freedom
A Space for
Embodied Freedom
My work is primarily designed for GBTQ men seeking greater intimacy, emotional freedom, embodiment, and self-understanding.
It centers body freedom, emotional depth, sensual awareness, and the possibility of relating to yourself without shame.
Sessions are clothing optional. For many people, shame lives in the body before it becomes language. Working directly with the body can support a deeper sense of honesty, vulnerability, and trust.
When relevant, sessions may include guided sensual or erotic exploration. These practices are used as tools for awareness, helping illuminate emotional patterns connected to intimacy, desire, pleasure, and self-perception.
Pleasure can be a teacher when we learn how to listen.
The way you inhabit your body
shapes the way you love
Beginning the process
This is not a fixed program.
Some people come during a life transition. Others begin a longer process of emotional healing, relational growth, and creative transformation.
To meaningfully experience the tools and possibilities of this work, I usually recommend starting with a first cycle of 10 sessions.
This allows enough continuity for deeper patterns to become visible, and for meaningful shifts to unfold.
Sliding scale pricing
I want this work to remain accessible to people from different economic realities. For that reason, I offer a sliding scale based on annual income.
The intention is not to choose the easiest option, but the one that reflects meaningful commitment to your process and your current capacity.
Free discovery call
Before beginning, we meet for a free conversation.
A chance to explore:
• what you’re currently moving through
• what kind of support you’re seeking
• whether this work aligns with your process
• how we could shape the sessions around your needs
